The Role
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is energetic, organised, and has a high level of time management skills and attention to detail. You must be able to work full-time hours (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
We get busy around here, so we are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and is flexible. Great communication, leadership skills and a high level of literacy and numeracy skills are required. The successful candidate will hold a current forklift license and have 3+ years of forklift experience including high reach forklift experience. Previous experience in a leadership role is essential, and administration experience would be an advantage.
Our factory is in Villawood, Sydney, NSW. If commuting by train, Leightonfield station is a short walk away.
Core Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures within the warehouse

Assist the Warehouse Manager in inducting and training new team members, including on safe use of equipment and machinery

Manage accurate and up-to-date inventory for the warehouse

Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods

Assist and lead monthly stock takes with the Warehouse Manager

Assist the Warehouse Manager with determining and tracking warehouse KPI’s and other metrics

Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained and coordinate repair of broken equipment

Assisting with other duties when needed - we work as a team!
Our Perfect Match

Has 3+ years forklift experience and holds a current forklift drivers license.

Has previous experience in a leadership role.

Is physically capable of fulfilling the role, including standing for 38 hours per week, lifting up to 20kg, and performing manual tasks.

Demonstrates a positive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.

Has strong leadership skills and leads by example, role modelling behaviors in alignment with Lush company policies.

Has a high level of communication skills and can confidently communicate with both internal and external stakeholders

Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

Is available Monday-Friday 6:36am-2:42pm
