The team in Christchurch are located in prime position in Northland's mall in Papanui, Christchurch. The team are extremely experienced, long standing, and engaged in the health of their business. This store has Customer experience at the heart of all of it's decision making, and maintains a large, regular and loyal customer base.

The Role
As a LUSH Store Manager, you are responsible for driving sales, creating a culture of development and ensuring that your store is upholding our strong ethical beliefs and practices. This role is a blend of people, process and sales management. Lush Christchurch is seeking a customer experience superstar to continue to build on the legacy of this long standing team. Customers are this team's everything, and we are seeking a Manager to model leadership in this experienced setting. A minimum of 1 years people management experience is requested, with strong KPI and financial acumen an advantage. We are seeking an experienced leader whose focus is on the growth of a high performing business, and who is able to support progress pathway plans in such an experienced team. You will also need flexible full-time availability to meet the needs of the business, with regular RDOs on Sunday and Monday. Find out more about the position in the job description.

Papanui is a large and bustling suburb located 5km north-west of the Christchurch CBD. The LUSH store is within Papanui's Northlands Shopping Centre, which is well serviced by bus routes and nearby to plenty of amenities and community hubs.
