The role
We are on the look-out for some fresh faces to join the welcoming and enthusiastic Chadstone team! As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Our customers come from all walks of life so you're always meeting someone new! This role is a temporary casual position for the Christmas 2021 period. Christmas Casuals can expect to receive varied numbers of hours week by week, adapting to the needs of the business.
Our Chadstone store is busy and fast-paced, with lots of opportunities for in-store activations: we are especially looking for high energy candidates who love to create memorable experiences for our customers, and deliver those classic (COVIDSafe!) LUSH vibes. Our core team is very ethically minded and passionate about our brand values, and loves to share this with our customers while treating them to a five-star shopping experience. We work as a team and believe in supporting one another and together creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace where we can all flourish.

Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!

Has retail or hospitality experience, and is comfortable in customer-facing roles.
