Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant Werribee

The role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Your main focus will be enhancing the atmosphere in the store and catering to all our customer's LUSH needs! This is a temporary Casual position, supporting the store team over the busy 2024 Christmas period. Casual team members can expect to receive varied numbers of hours week by week, adapting to the needs of the business. A minimum of 4 days availability is required including 1 weekend day and late nights. 

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!

Our Perfect Match

• Has a minimum of three days availability, one weekend day and Thursday/Friday late nights.

• Is a genuine people-person, and loves to help others. 

• Has at least 1+ years of experience in the retail sector.

• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment. 

• Adapts and maintains resilience in a changeable environment.

• Has a strong ethical compass and is passionate about our brand values.

• Is a fast learner and wants to soak up knowledge about all things LUSH!
