The role

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Your main focus will be enhancing the atmosphere in the store and catering to all our customer's LUSH needs! This is a casual position, with a minimum of three days availability required.

You will be joining an inclusive and highly experienced team of staff who are community focused and passionate about LUSH's amazing products and brand values. LUSH Pacific Fair is a multi generational team that celebrate diversity and embrace inclusivity, love feedback culture and team building.

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.
• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.
• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.
• Maintaining awareness on the shop floor and communicating effectively with leadership and other staff to determine customer needs.
• Demonstrating products confidently on customer's skin, and creating experiences with customers, contributing to a fun atmosphere instore.
• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
