The Role

We are searching for an experienced Store Manager to be a part of our new flagship store in Melbourne Central in a New Concept CBD Location. Our perfect match will have a background managing high volume retail stores, developing strong leaders and driving high sales to take this store to our highest turnover in Australia.

Our ideal candidates will be experienced in managing or supervising in a high volume, flagship retail store. You will be a problem solver, who is able to develop new processes to fill needs and be able to think critically to find solutions. You will have experience in training and developing staff from all levels of experience, and are skilled in feedback, coaching and performance management. You have proven skills in building a positive, professional workplace.


In addition to this, strong sales driving skills are a must. You must have experience in managing a busy shop floor, and know how best to impact KPIs to achieve your sales targets. You have a passion from creating bespoke customer experiences, and are able to develop your team in this area. You must be a manager who loves to be on the shop floor, leading your team, as opposed to in the back completing admin. This will be your dream role if you love achieving your sales targets, while giving each customer an incredible experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.
  • To thrive in our team, you will have previous leadership experience, ideally in retail management.
  • You will need to be confident in your ability to lead.
  • You will need to be passionate about supporting the professional development of your team. We love to see our people grow in their careers with us, and we want you to support that!
  • Great communication skills are a must for this role as is the ability to plan and think strategically around visual merchandising.
