The role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Casual Sales Assistants can expect to receive varied numbers of hours week by week, however this role requires a minimum of three days availability..

As a LUSH QVB Sales Assistant, you will join the largest LUSH team in Sydney! The team is diverse and supportive with a wealth of experience and knowledge and are looking for candidates who thrive in a busy environment, are able to work under pressure amongst a large team whilst exhibiting strong sales performance and have a passion for the LUSH brand! The successful candidates will love creating a memorable and fun atmosphere for our customers, thrive in a busy retail environment, have the ability to think on their feet, be self motivated, resilient and feedback focused, reliable and ready to rise to a challenge! Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!

• Ideally has customer service experience.

• Has flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (a minimum of three days full availability required)

• Is a genuine people-person, and loves to help others.
