Casual Sales Assistant - Erina Fair

The role

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door.

LUSH Erina team is dedicated to making a difference to the lives of our local community whether that's through self-care, charitable giving, events or activism. Join our team to be a part of the movement working towards "leaving the world lusher than we found it". Full training is provided and compensation is above award.

Our ideal candidate should have retail experience, excellent customer service skills plus Knowledge of LUSH products and ethics. Flexible availability with commitment to the role a must.

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
