Superstar sales assistant needed to join Tasmania's only LUSH store!

The role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door! This is a casual position with flexible availability needed to suit the needs of the business.

The vibrant team at LUSH Hobart are on the hunt for their next customer service superstar! The ideal candidate loves making genuine connections with people, is passionate about ethics and enjoys working as part of a team. Communication is a key part of this role and the ability to take initiative and work independently will be highly regarded. You must be comfortable getting hands on during product demos!

Full availability will be preferred, as well as candidates who are able to work after trading hours when required to assist with hosting LUSH parties. Previous retail experience is not required - we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is enthusiastic about learning and committed to bringing their best to every shift!

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
