The role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Your main focus will be enhancing the atmosphere in the store and catering to all our customer's LUSH needs! This is a casual role with three days availability needed including one weekend day.

LUSH Penrith is a hardworking and friendly team looking for a casual sales assistant who believes in LUSH's ethics and who has a passion for hands on customer service. This is a chance to share your LUSH ethical knowledge with a wide customer base, flex your gift selling muscle at a store notorious for gift sales. If you have a gregarious personality, work well in a team, and have customer service experience then please apply!

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!

• Has retail and/or stock handling experience (preferred but not required).

• Has flexible availability to meet the needs of the business.

• Is a genuine people-person, and loves to help others.

• Has a strong ethical compass and is passionate about our brand values.

• Is a fast learner and wants to soak up knowledge about all things LUSH!
