Casual Sales Assistant Rouse Hill Kiosk - Fixed Term

We are looking for Sales Assistants to join our new pop up location in Rouse Hill!

The role

As a Sales Assistant, you need to have a passion for cosmetics and our ethics, and be able to effectively communicate this with our customers. We believe in people's day when they visit us, so you need to be confident in interacting with your local community and sharing our products with them.  We are looking for casual Sales Assistants on a temporary contract until 2nd July 2023.

Becoming a Sales Assistant will help you improve your communication skills and confidence, and also learn important skills such as giving and receiving feedback, campaigning skills and understanding KPIs.

An ideal applicant does not need to have retail experience, but is energetic, fun loving and willing to learn. Retail can be a fast paced environment, so you need to be ready to work in a sometimes busy environment. Mother's Day is a big gifting period for us meaning you will be helping people find their loved one a perfect gift. This means having good listening skills and a love for finding the perfect gift for people.

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales-related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
