The role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. This is a temporary Part Time contract with availability needed to work the following shifts:
- Monday 11:00am to 4:00pm
- Wednesday 9:00am to 2:00pm
- Thursday 12:00pm to 5:00pm
- Sunday 10:00am to 3:00pm

The perfect candidate for this position is keen to make connections with people, is comfortable physically interacting with customers and products, and is someone who makes bold moves to secure sales. Retail experience is recommended, although this is quite unlike most other retail positions! We are looking for someone who is passionate about impacting both customer experience and store performance.
Core Responsibilities

Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
