LUSH Digital Fulfillment needs Team Leaders!
The role
We are currently seeking passionate Team Leaders to support our Digital Fulfillment team for the busy season. This is a fixed term 38 hour per week position, working either the morning shift of 6.00am - 2.00pm, or 7:54am - 4:00pm. Our department is very busy especially during peak seasonal times, so we are looking for candidates who can work well under pressure and effectively lead a team. If you have strong leadership qualities, work well in a high pressured environment, and love to motivate others, we want to hear from you!
This position is located in Villawood, Sydney. If commuting by train, Leightonfield station is a short walk away. Please note this position is open to current LUSH employees only.
Core Responsibilities

Providing direction, support and motivation to Digital Fulfillment Assistants working on your shift.

Providing any required training to Digital Fulfillment Assistants working in your Department.
- Ensuring the room is a safe environment for staff by immediately acting to minimise/eliminate any safety risks that arise
- Ensuring that the team understand and are following all procedures
- Leading the team to reach daily targets and maintain expectations

Assisting with other production tasks when needed - we work as a team!
Our Perfect Match

Has pick-packing or stock handling experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Has a high level of time management skills and can work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Is physically capable of fulfilling the role, including standing for 38 hours per week, lifting, and performing manual tasks.

Has excellent communication skills and can motivate others.

Understanding and love of working in a diverse team.
