The role
Our Digital Fulfillment team are currently seeking a Seasonal Stock Controller on fixed term contract until December 2022 to help maintain appropriate stock levels at the busiest time of the year. By ensuring that the Digital Fulfillment department has sufficient stock to meet customer needs, the Seasonal Stock Controller will help make Christmas wishes come true! This is a seasonal fixed-term position working 38 hours per week, on the morning shift of 6.54am - 3:00pm or 7:54am - 4:00pm. If you're proactive, organised, and have great attention to detail and strong applied mathematics skills, we want to hear from you!
This position is located in Villawood, Sydney. If commuting by train, Leightonfield station is a short walk away. This position is currently open only to LUSH employees.
Core Responsibilities

Lead monthly stocktake and ensure that all stock is counted and accounted for by month end.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory for the department.
- Being the main liaison with Customer Services and Warehouse regarding orders, deliveries and stock holdings.
- Working closely with other digital team members to make sure that the team has the stock they need to fulfill customer orders daily.
- Double check all incoming goods for quality and accuracy before receiving.

Assisting with other production tasks when needed - we work as a team!
Our Perfect Match

Is available 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a fixed-term basis until December 2022
- Experience in pick/packing is desired but not essential, and experience of handling stock in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred.

Is physically capable of fulfilling the role, including standing for 38 hours per week, lifting, and performing manual tasks.

Can complete tasks quickly and accurately.
- Basic futura and FSMS skills is preferred but not required.
