The new Melbourne Central store seeks 2 Part Time Sales Assistants!

The role

We are looking for our strongest sales assistants in the business to help us open our Melbourne Central location! These will be permanent positions that will start at the Swanston St location, and will move into the new Melbourne Central store at opening. This store will be our biggest in the country, and will be a new concept store, featuring an epic bath bomb wall. The store is also likely to feature exclusive products, found only in this store.

We want our true customer experience experts, the crème de la crème of Sales Assistants. You should feel passionately about creating memorable customer connections and showing our people what makes Lush special. You will be a demo expert, with strong skin and hair product knowledge. You are the person in your store who knows how to create a show-stopping group demo or Loud and Proud as you live to inspire and delight our customers. In addition to this, you should be competent in all areas of the customer experience cycle, including linking and closing the sale.

We have 2 positions vacant with the following availabilities:

Sales Assistant Position 1

Monday 9:00am - 3:00pm

Wednesday 3:00pm - 8:00pm

Thursday 3:00pm - 10:00pm

Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm 

Sales Assistant Position 2

Monday 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm

Friday 4:00pm - 10:00pm

Saturday 3:00pm - 8:00pm

Sunday 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
