The Role
Are you ready to step into leadership? The LUSH Indooroopilly team are looking for a part-time Supervisor for a fixed term Parental Leave cover contract. As a Supervisor, you will work closely with the Manager and Trainee Manager to achieve the store's vision and goals. A core part of your role will be supporting the staff, by offering delegation, training and consistent feedback. You will act as an ambassador for LUSH and supervise the team to do the same. This is a part-time position, and you will need to have availability to work Tuesday 9:00am-2:00pm, Thursday 1:30pm-9:30pm and Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm.
The LUSH Indooroopilly team are a tight-knit team that is focused on developing their customer base and driving sales. They love creating a welcoming, safe environment for all of their customers.
Core Responsibilities

Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
