The role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door.
The LUSH Booragoon team are supportive and caring and offer an inclusive space where people are encouraged to be themselves. The team are looking for passionate candidates who have an active enthusiasm for learning and development, are willing to take on and share feedback in a constructive manner, who are a genuine people-person and love to help others, and are reliable and excited to bring their best to each shift!
Core Responsibilities

Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
