Trainee Manager Melbourne Central

Job No: LUSH304
Location: Melbourne Central

New Store Opening in Melbourne Central!

The Role

We are searching for two Trainee Managers to be a part of our brand new flagship store, opening in Melbourne Central in the coming months. This store will be the largest in Australia, and will operate directly below the famous Shot Tower. Our perfect match will be a part of the store opening, from training staff, helping with the set up of the store and taking this store to our highest turnover in the region. We are incredibly excited to be offering two Trainee Manager roles in this location, meaning you will work directly under the Store Manager, supporting the broader team to achieve their goals

Our ideal candidates will be experienced in managing or supervising in a high volume, flagship retail store. You will be a problem solver, who is able to develop new processes to fill needs and be able to think critically to find solutions. You will have experience in training and developing staff from all levels of experience, and are skilled in feedback, coaching and performance management. You have proven skills in building a positive, professional workplace.

In addition to this, strong sales driving skills are a must. You must have experience in managing a busy shop floor, and know how best to impact KPIs to achieve your sales targets. You have a passion from creating bespoke customer experiences, and are able to develop your team in this area. You must be a manager who loves to be on the shop floor, leading your team, as opposed to in the back completing admin. This will be your dream role if you love achieving your sales targets, while giving each customer an incredible experience.
