The fresh and fabulous Chadstone store seeks a Part Time Sales Assistant!
The role
Join our team on a permanent basis with regular guaranteed hours, and step up your engagement within the team. While this is not a leadership role, you will be a highly valued member of the team, and play an essential part in creating and enacting our vision for the store. We are committed to investing in your development, and will support you in your journey to become the go-to person for your peers for all things store-related, from learning and campaigns, to achieving our targets.
Our Chadstone store is busy and fast-paced, with lots of opportunities for in-store activations and events, and we’re always looking for new and exciting ways to engage our customers.
In-store shopping has changed a lot over the last few years, and we are keen to get creative and experiment with unique ways of pampering our customers, as well as growing as a team. We are looking for a high-energy team-player: someone who loves creating memorable experiences for our customers, and can actively contribute to a positive and fulfilling atmosphere for the whole team. A good work ethic and an ability to communicate positively and effectively are essential.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Part Time Sales Assistant with availability Wednesday 12.00pm - 6.00pm, Thursday 11.00am - 7.00pm, Friday 4.30pm - 9.30pm and Saturday 11.00am - 7.00pm
Core Responsibilities

Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
