The role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Lush Northland is staffed by an experienced and very welcoming crew and are seeking a new face to add to the team!
Take your retail journey to the next level at the newest Lush store in Victoria, Lush Northland where you will have the opportunity to serve a large and diverse customer base.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who love our products and always go the extra mile for customers.
Core Responsibilities

Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!

Has flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (minimum 3 full days per week would be beneficial).
