The role
Lush Northland is home to an experienced and welcoming team, with a willingness to learn and plenty of knowledge to share! You will have the opportunity to Work in the newest Lush shop in Victoria.
The chance to work closely with store management to continue the growth of an amazing store where you are able to serve a large and diverse customer base. This is a part time position, working 24.5 hours per week in the following pattern;
- Monday: 12:00 - 18.30
- Friday: 15:00 - 22:00
- Saturday: 11:00 - 18:00
- Sunday: 12:00 - 18:00
We are looking for candidates who know how to balance great customer service with supporting the smooth running of the store, including stock management, delegation and providing feedback. The successful candidate will share the team's passion for maintaining a supportive and close-knit workplace environment, while creating a fun and dynamic store atmosphere on the busiest days of the week! Core Responsibilities

Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

Maintaining stock management and processes.

Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
