The role
As a part of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Manager and Trainee Manager to lead and inspire the experienced Canberra team to achieve the store's vision and goals. A core part of your role will be supporting the staff, by offering delegation, training and consistent feedback. You will act as an ambassador for LUSH and supervise the team to do the same.
We are looking for candidates with great communication skills who are comfortable both giving and receiving feedback, who are excited to grown and develop their skills and support others to do the same, and who bring plenty of energy to the shop floor! As this is a part time position, the regular hours will be:
- Monday: 9.30am - 6.00pm
- Friday: 1.30pm - 9.30pm
- Saturday: 10.00am - 6.00pm
Core Responsibilities

Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
