The role
The Kotara store are seeking passionate brand ambassadors to help lead the team as a Supervisor! As a part of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Manager and Trainee Manager to achieve the store's vision and goals. A core part of your role will be supporting the staff by offering delegation, training and consistent feedback. You will act as an ambassador for LUSH and supervise the team to do the same. You will also be helping to support efficient stock processes.
There are two part time positions available. The first position will require you to work 29 hours per week in the following pattern;
The second position will require you to work 27.5 hours per week in the following pattern;

Wednesday 7:30am - 3:30pm, Thursday 4:30pm - 9:30pm, Friday 10am - 6pm, and Saturday 9:30am -5:30pm
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about training and development, the LUSH customer experience, and LUSH ethics and values. The successful candidate will thrive within an experienced team and be ready and willing to share new ideas and think outside the box! Core Responsibilities

Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

Maintaining stock management and processes.

Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
