Located in Australia's largest shopping centre, managing Lush Chadstone presents an opportunity to take an established store to the next level. Chadstone Shopping Centre in itself offers many special events and the Store Manager will be constantly looking for ways to interact with the community and build strong community ties. The perfect candidate will have a passion for local area marketing and building relationships with your customers and surrounding retailers.
The store also has an established leadership team, meaning you will be well supported coming into the team. Customers absolutely love our bath range and you will be excited to expand that love to our hair and skin care ranges as well. You must be passionate about creating phenomenal customer experiences, and empowering your staff to follow in your footsteps.
The Role
As a LUSH Store Manager, you are responsible for driving sales, creating a culture of development and ensuring that your store is upholding our strong ethical beliefs and practices. This role is a blend of people, process and sales management. We are looking for candidates who have retail leadership experience, and are excited about creating a memorable customer experience. Our perfect fit will be someone who is fast-acting and calm under pressure. You should be passionate about people management and ready to motivate and inspire your team, and be a strong role model to staff. You will also need flexible full-time availability to meet the needs of the business, with regular RDOs on Sunday and Monday.

Chadstone is 17km from Melbourne's CBD and is accessible by bus and train.
