The role
The Warringah team are seeking a Part Time Supervisor to support an experienced team. They are excited to welcome a new leader and, as a Supervisor, you will work closely with the Manager and Trainee Manager to achieve the store's vision and goals. A core part of your role will be supporting the staff, by offering delegation, training and consistent feedback. You will act as an ambassador for LUSH and supervise the team to do the same.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven candidate who is comfortable with cash handling and has demonstrated experience in customer service. Our ideal candidate is confident, able to problem-solve, and is excited to work with the leadership team in order to grow the business. They must be comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback and always be open to learning new things. This is a part time position of 28 hours per week, working Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Core Responsibilities

Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
