The Queen Street Brisbane store is looking for a passionate Store Manager with strong people management skills and a keen interest in local area marketing and customer base growth. This store is home to a well-established, supportive team with a strong community focus. If you’re sales-driven, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a new environment, this role is ideal for you. We’re seeking a big thinker with a focus on people and performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

  • To thrive in our team, you will have previous leadership experience, ideally in retail management.

  • You will need to be confident in your ability to lead.

  •  You will need to be passionate about supporting the professional development of your team. We love to see our people grow in their careers with us, and we want you to support that!

  •  Great communication skills are a must for this role as is the ability to plan and think strategically around visual merchandising.
