We’re looking for a high-energy individual with a strong customer focus and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently while maintaining a commitment to excellence. Keyholder responsibilities are also required, ensuring a trusted role within the team.

We have two part time positions available, working the following schedule:

 Sales Assistant A - 49 hours per fortnight

• Monday 10:00am-6:30pm 
• Thursday 4:30pm-9:30pm // Thursday 9:30am-2:30pm (alternating Thursday nights) 
• Friday 1:30pm-5:30pm
• Saturday 8:30am-1:30pm
• Sunday 10:00am-3:00pm (x2 per month*)  

Sales Assistant B - 25 hours per fortnight

• Thursday 9:30am-2:30pm // Thursday 4:30pm-9:30pm (alternating Thursday nights)
• Friday 1:30pm-6:30pm
• Saturday 1:30pm-6:30pm
• Sunday 1:30pm-6:30pm (x2 per month*)

*The option to work every Sunday is also available on request.

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
