Part Time Supervisor - Carindale

The role

We’re on the hunt for our next superstar Supervisor at Lush Carindale! This role is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills. You'll be supported to reach your full potential in a store that prioritises sales growth, brand engagement, and an outstanding customer experience.  As a part of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Manager and Trainee Manager to achieve the store's vision and goals. A core part of your role will be supporting the staff, by offering delegation, training and consistent feedback. You will act as an ambassador for LUSH and supervise the team to do the same.

This is a part time position, working the following work pattern:

• Monday: 11:00am-6:00pm
• Thursday: 1:30pm-9:30pm
• Saturday: 9:30am-5:30pm

Core Responsibilities

• Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

• Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

• Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
