Digital Manager

The role:

This exciting position manages the LUSH ANZ eCommerce team, and digital communications across multiple touchpoints. This role will lead the task management of the department, and will work closely with operation and fulfillment teams to ensure business objectives are achieved. The role is full time Monday to Friday and is primarily based from our office in Villawood, NSW. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and empower the Digital team to ensure consistent alignment with business objectives.
  • Ongoing optimisation of the customer experience online in order to drive revenue, conversion, and traffic.
  • Create and deliver powerful digital content that drives engagement and revenue.
  • Support in financial forecasting, trend analysis, stock management and the local execution of global brand direction.
  • Ensure brand messaging and ethics shine through our digital touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all cross functional departments.
  • Manage, mentor and support the Digital team to succeed in their roles.
  • Other responsibilities as needed from time to time - we work as a team!

Our Perfect Match:

  • Has at least two years experience in a similar role. 
  • Passionate about all things digital, tech, and eCommerce.
  • Has a solid understanding of web analytics and project management platforms.
  • Can work within tight deadlines.
  • Is comfortable working across multiple projects.
  • Able to distill high-level strategy into practical tasks.
  • Can work well autonomously and also collaboratively within a team.
